best kids toys list image

I am looking for a small train set, not a kids toy. I am looking for a train set that you would use in a christmas village. I found one awhile back at a doller store but can not seem to find one anywhere now. I do not want it to be a christmas theme though (no santas riding on the train) just a normal train. I need it for a craft. Thanks in advance.

As the first answer stated, go to local and chain hobby and craft stores. Also google search the company Lionel. The make model scale trains. You can try Lemax.com but I am pretty sure you will only find Christmas themes but doesn't hurt to try. Also never hesitate to search Ebay, Craigs List, or other bidding sites. Good Luck!

How do I go about requesting toys from toys for tots in Houston Texas?

This is the link I found, but it says that requests are closed for this year. There is also a phone number listed, so you could try calling them to see if they allow any exceptions.
