Ideas on the goodie bags/toys for 4 years old girl birthday party?

I am planning to have a birthday party at Gymboree for my 4 years old daughter. I want to buy a small toy instead of the goodie bags to the guests (boys and girls) attending the party. Any ideas or suggestion what should I buy? The party invites the kids from her day care and the kids of my friends.

What is the proper way to discipline a four year old?

I have a four year old son and I work as a nanny for two younger children. My 4 year old is perhaps jealous of the attention I give to the other two kids ages 2 and 6 mo. but I try to show him lots of attention and love. My son pushes the little girl and takes whatever toy she is playing with. He will run off from me and just not listen. I know there is a correct way to teach him, firm voice and time outs do not seem to work. Thanks for your suggestions.

praise 3 times as much as you admonish.
maybe you can read books together the 2 + 4 yr olds.
time out must be put in place for both 2 and 4 yr old if needed so he sees you being fair. by now you can help him with a stop watch and say when the alarm goes off that he gets a toy/ time with you etc.
