If your feeling crafty, you could try to make Chica. As for the squeaking noise, get a little doggie toy and stuff it in there. lol My daughter LOVES sprout and always squealed when she seen Chica, lol but I could NEVER find it anywhere online!!
Just find a good pic of Chica and try it. Here's a start...

And on this site, looks like someone DID make Chica and maybe you can contact the seller and see if she's still making them or CAN make you one for your little one. Good luck
