Ideas to keep kids occupied while i work at home?

Hi,
I have 2 small children age 7 and 8, boy/girl and I work from home 50 hours per week. How do I keep them occupied all day in the summer? I cannot afford camp or similar and unfortunately I am chained to my desk so I cannot take even small outings during the day. The kids seem miserable but I don't know what to do, Any suggestions are appreciated.
