I'm trying to do some research about what kids before the computer generation would do after school.
I meant literally, what they would do on an average day after school, not after they graduate.

I'm a late 90s kid ('97 to '99) and after school we used to go in the vacant lot near our houses and play gundam toys or baseball. We also play pokemon games in our gameboys Sometimes there's this good cartoon show every 4pm, we all watch it then talk about it the next day in school. good times..

Can people born in 1995 be considered a late 90s and early 00s kid?

If someone was born in 1995 and remembers the late 90s vaguely and early 00s vividly are they a late 90s and early 00s kid because they've spend the majority of their childhood (before teen years) in this period. Or do they belong to the crappy mid/late 00s?

You are technically a mid 90s kid. However your most impressionable ages were in the 00's. which entitles you to say I grew up in the 00's when so and so toys were out, and so and so was on t.v. etc.
