Tomorrow I have to babysit Dx and I was like .. What better way to pass time than fun in the sun? The kids are all 7 and under, if that helps. Anything with water .. But we don't have a big pool. I have one of those small kiddy pools, so I could use some games including that. I would like some games that are related to water balloons, those toys that soak up water .. Etc. Thanks!
Happy summer! X

How many kids are you watching? You don't want to overwhelm youself with watching too many kids when dealing with water. I think 3 kids is enough. And what are the ages exactly? You said they are all under 7.... With small children, you can just get some boats or other type of water toys and just let them play. Of course, this will give you the opportunity to teach them about sinking and floating. Once again with small children (like toddler age), you might want to stay away from water balloons---kinda dangerous because of little pieces breaking. Like you mention, those toys that soak up water would be fun---you could have a water fight with those because those are safer....just make sure the children don't whip/throw things super hard cuz that will hurt someone.
An idea I just thought of for the kids I take care of (ages 1 and 2) is a sprinkler. I remember this as a child and it was one of the funnest things!
I was gonna mention squirt guns...but some parents don't want to introduce guns.
