Black rainbow board 90s kids toy?

I used to have this toy and I can't remember what it was called. Maybe Mr. something?
Anyway, it was a black board and it came with a red squeegee. Not very big , probably the size of a piece of paper. You push on the black part and colors underneath paper. Rainbow colors. You use the squeegee to "erase" whatever picture you made. Any idea what it is???
