This has been going on for YEARS. The wall dispensers just seem to pop right out of the drywall. So we've gone through several free standing metal roll dispensers like you can buy at Walmart or Home Depot. They break, lean to one side, rust, lose the removable metal tube in the middle that you put through the toilet paper roll, you name it. Even when we tried an expensive model, we were soon disappointed. I tried to get everyone to set the roll in a certain back of the toilet basket, but no-can-do, even if I convince the kids to do it for a while, the husband or one of our daily guests puts it somewhere else, there's no consistency, and it's back to toilet paper chaos. So basically the roll of toilet paper gets set on the back of the toilet, which falls to the ground and gets trampled. Or it gets set on the edge of the tub, and before I have a chance to notice and move it, someone showers and it's soaked and ruined. I don't know what to do except waste roll after roll of toilet paper. If anyone has any options that I haven't seen or thought of (there's got to be tons), please suggest a solution to my problem! Thank you.
Without any better suggestions, my next move is to get a pad-locked chain and hang the toilet paper on that, and that way no one can ever move it till I change it. That's going to take some heavy thought on how to get a chain to stay in the wall, and it will likely look hideous, but whatever.

Find a way to build your own though, it wouldn't be that hard. It's fun enough the kids might actually take care of it.

What are your likes and dislikes about Google?

I like Google because iGoogle you can customize your homepage. The the thing I hate about it is there are certain users there who create gadgets and themes that are quite inappropriate. For example, I have an iGoogle page I have been personalizing, even though I use Yahoo as my home site. But the thing that really turned me off towards iGoogle is that it allowed a user there to create w theme with a picture of the Serial Killer, John Wayne Gacy, dressed in his "killer clown" custume. I tried to report this to Google and they just make light of the situation by saying they cannot be responsible for whatever content users have to create any gadgets or themes. Now, I know there's such a thing as freedom of speech, but what do you do if a person has a certain mental condition that hinders him/her to distinguish reality from fantasy and the next thing you know, what happens? This particular individual acts on the impulses of seeing that kind of stuff online, regardless if that's no excuse or it is. Any what about if you have kids and they use the internet and they see something like that? Yes, there are parental controls that can be used to limit your kids' as to what they log onto over the internet, but I mean, I don't want to be like a control freak towards them and keep them from exploring every little thing that's immoral. If I do that, they'll just end up finding another way to log onto the site I blocked off out of rebellion. Do you agree with what I'm saying and if you ever use Google, when you visit iGoogle, have you had a similar incident you encountered there, too?

Google provides with the tools and users can use those tools as they please. It is one of the advantages of the internet, freedom of speech for all.
However Google is not just iGoogle.
