anything they can, due to the lack of resources they have to improvise, I saw kids playing football with an old ball of tape in India, and kids having a sword fight with twigs

I don't think i could send them to you, but go to new garage sales, or maybe your relatives' kids have grown up and they still have their left over toys, ask for them to use it in your organization. Go to different stores and buy toys and stuffed animals on sales, there's a lot of places where you can buy toys. Maybe even try eBay or craigslist...
